It’s hard to hide or cheat
In the digital world it’s hard to hide anything, let alone cheat. I do not allow half-truths. If my intuition says that it smells then either you know what you’re talking about or I’m going to dig deeper to check all the way down to the bottom of it. I’m going to investigate until I find out you don’t know what you’re talking about, or you’ve simply jumped into a conclusion, or you’re simply trying to fool me.
This would mean an awful lot of questions but it’s worth it. One might skip that and save oneself a lot of discussion but if one does people are going to think that they can f*** around. Catch them with their hand in the jar once or twice with a full investigation on-board and eventually they will stop lying even on minor issues, knowing that one only asks once. They will remember that every now and then the curtain goes up, a full investigation starts and all the cards will be open.
