One thing my friends from netguru.co do particularly well is representing the open source community they’re part of for a long time. What you can see them doing is releasing a set of open source add-ins for developers. What you might wish to see is the source code for their core projects. Any open source work from any open source company on that occassion would be a good start. Just surprising it takes so long for many to embrace.
