Productivity baskets
Productivity comes with focus. Write the functions you actually do at work and divide them into baskets. Now think if you focus on the right things and write the percentages you think you ought to be doing. Write a percentage number on each basket and eliminate the baskets until you come with two essential ones. The rest of it the baskets needs to be delegated to someone else. My current baskets look like: technology (60%), management (30%), research (10%). My baskets needs to be rewritten: management (60%), technology (30%), research (10%).
