Stress

Stress, as every other tool can be used as specified or misused. We don’t have a control over the level of stress but we still have a control of how we use it. Stress can motivate or paralyse, depending how you use it.

Most people get overwhelmed by stress as these days we’re less exposed to primitive dangers. As with everything else. Our tolerance to stress is a subject to training. Without the training we’re open for manipulations by those who are trained in using stress in their advantage. Only well tolerated stress can be used correctly in our defense or advantage, depending on the our needs.

Rather than avoiding opportunities or convincing yourself that you can’t do something, say yes to more things. Yes to creating more. Yes to doing what really expect of yourself. Yes to progress. And yes to starting today, not tomorrow. You should also learn how to say “no” more often if agreeing to do too many things is one of your problems.
