You can’t create a startup
Once again it turns out you can’t make an omelette without breaking eggs. Similarly you can’t create a start-up without breaking particular interests of all parties involved. There’s no way you can create a start-up by implementing a democracy among all staff, or even board members. Startup needs strong leadership and dictatorship of one owner.
