National obsessions
Sitting down at the hairdresser in Malta and comparing our own nation to others it seems only we get so excited about politics, presidents, and obsessed with policies and regulations. It’s not even about politics at all… Sadly, many of us simply would love to tell others what to do. Other nations seem to go on about weather all the time, and to much more interest and just the same effect, it seems. I only care about my son turning 3 today, the sand storm this afternoon, and a little bit about my haircut.
