Beginning on the 6th of February Poland surveillance law becomes reality and police forces, as well as secret services will be permitted to access telephone and internet records of each and every individual without obtaining a court order, specifically if there’s no ongoing investigation, also to access private user’s data to prevent crime.
No doubt, the new privileges are granted to be used and they will be used widely soon.
