Customer support desk

Few hours a week on a customer support desk is a great lesson for every CEO, even the tinest company. Some do to show the team that they’re still one of the mates but they’re missing the point. The point is customers need to be respected and loosing an inch of that makes you detached. It’s very easy to become a princess in a fish bowl if you know all the numbers behind your customers but don’t know anything about their rationale and their way of thinking.
