Polish customers are clever beasts. We serve business customers and as we serve thousands now, a number big enough now to be pointed out every bug, spelling mistake or even a misstep in terms and regulations even before we announce a change in a newsletter. Suddenly “testing on production” seems a bit more serious thing than ever before. Sometimes I even start to doubt if there’s even an amount of money we can spend on testing, legal or support to eliminate issues as quickly as some of our users can. We generally tend to give away free licences, free t-shirts and free laughs in exchange for feedback ;-) Surprising not to be surprising as users finding bugs so quickly save us tons of money with their support so we can afford a personal thank you gift every time.
